Shola Olusi Joins Lagos Island Chairmanship Race

Prince Adeshola Olusi the younger brother, of Prince Adetoyese Tijani Olusi, one of the leading Chairmanship Aspirants for the Lagos Island, All Progressives Congress's ticket, has also declared his intention for the same ticket that would enable him contest the forthcoming local government election, as desired by his brother.

The last minute decision of Adesola, who for many years have been a Personal Assistant to the National Leader of the Party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in rushing to obtain his nomination form, perfected and returned same to the Lagos State Secretariat of the Party, led the Publisher of APC Watch, to call the Lagos Island Local Government Area Chairman of the party, Alhaji AbdulFatayi Adekunle, to confirm the news, after several calls to the noble father of the two princes, Prince Tajudeen Oluyole Olusi proved abortive.

 

We are lucky to get the confirmation, from Alhaji Adekunle, who endorsed the portion of the Party nomination forms that requires his endorsement, in his capacity as the LGA Chairman of the Party for both.

                               

According to Adekunle, a close family friend of the Olusis, he consulted the father of the two brothers, before endorsing that of the younger brother and got his nod. 

 

Before our Publisher Alhaji Abdulbaqee Yemisi-Coker, broke the news at our news room last, he had made necessary investigations and gotten the confirmation.

  

He said he was not surprised by the position the father of the two gentlemen, knowing him to be a Democrat, Peace loving person and One who always remain unruffled over any issue and this can not be an exception.
